Oven-baked product. Brutti ma buoni, typical sweets from Prato, also known as "Mandorlati di San Clemente" are presented in the Piedmontese version, where the almonds are replaced by the "tonda gentile" hazelnut.
Ingredients:
roast hazelnuts, icing sugar, egg whites.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
