Riccardi il Cioccolato is a tiny, artisan chocolate shop and laboratory in Cherasco, where creativity and taste come together to create the most fabulous chocolates. The chocolate is made using artisan methods and excellent-quality ingredients, including the finest varieties of cocoa, such as Pur Caribe, Guanaya, Madagascar and Isola Java. The laboratory’s pride and joy are the products made from a combination of local specialities, like Nocciola Piemonte Tonda Gentile delle Langhe, and the prized cocoas that Riccardi sources from all over the world.
