At the beginning of the 20th century, the liqueur makers of Chivasso, a town famous for its Nocciolini (tiny hazelnut biscuits), produced a liqueur made with hazelnuts. With its Noisette, Anselmo decided to reproduce the original recipe used by the antique Chivasso liqueur makers. It can be drunk neat or in sophisticated cocktails, such as the Martinican Vermouth Cocktail.
