Sweet, intense and complicit. These are the three souls of the chocolate blended in the TUU bar. The first is the sweetest soul (cocoa from the Ivory Coast, this raw cocoa has a mass of 75%, is fermented on the ground in the plantation and refined to 15 microm). The second is the most intense soul (cocoa from the Congo. It has a mass of 85%, is whole roast at 120°C and refined to 5 microm. The third is the complicit soul (cocoa beans from Sao Thomé, roasted and ground into grains, unite the first two souls, creating the crispest note).
Ingredients: 75 and 86% cocoa mass, cocoa butter, brown sugar, Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar, soy lecithin.
