Legend has it that Baci di Dama (Lady Kisses) were born from the imagination of a Savoy chef in the autumn of 1852, when King Vittorio Emanuele II asked him to create a new dessert. The product was so named because it consisted of two rounded biscuits sandwiched together with chocolate, resembling two lips kissing. The King loved it and, forever after, it was served on royal tables.

Ingredients:
type 0 flour, roast hazelnuts, sugar, butter, chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring - may contain milk).
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
