Sausage ragout is a very tasty sauce, perfect for making pasta, polenta or risotto.
In this sauce, minced beef is replaced with minced pork and this is what gives it its decidedly intense flavour.

45% sausage (pork shoulder and belly, salt, flavourings and spices), tomato pulp, onions, celery, carrots, olive oil, butter, white wine, sugar, rosemary and salt.
